What products do you sell?

We offer a carefully curated range of handmade home accessories, including handmade candles and unique home accessories from Jesmonite.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We typically ship orders within 1–5 business days. Handmade or custom-made items may require a full 5 business day processing time.

As a small business working with handmade products, processing times may sometimes be slightly longer during busy periods .

While most items are in stock, some are made to order. This may cause delivery times to be slightly longer in some cases.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Available countries, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times are automatically displayed during checkout.

Can I return or exchange an item?

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt in accordance with the European right of withdrawal.

Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Custom-made products, personalized items, and used candles cannot be returned or exchanged.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@casadelsoldecor.nl.

Please include clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging. We will review the issue and, if necessary, provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Can Jesmonite decorative products be used outdoors?

Jesmonite is primarily designed for indoor use. Exposure to extreme weather conditions may affect its durability.

When placing an item outside, do so in a sheltered spot and avoid direct sunlight, rain and large temperature fluctuations.

How do I care for my handmade candles and Jesmonite products?

To enjoy your Casa del Sol products for as long as possible, we recommend following the care tips below.

Candles should always be burned on a heat-resistant surface. Avoid drafts to ensure even burning. Trim the wick to approximately 3–6 mm before each use to maintain a steady, clean burn.

Jesmonite decorative pieces are best protected from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and extreme humidity. This will help preserve the material's color and finish.

Our decorative objects are intended for decorative use only. They are not suitable for food or beverages and should not come into direct contact with food or beverages.

Only use candle lids when the candle is unlit. Keep the lid away from open flames and heat sources. Replace the lid only when the candle has completely cooled and the wick has been trimmed.

Are Jesmonite products waterproof?

Our Jesmonite products are finished with a protective sealer that helps prevent light moisture and stains. However, the products are not completely waterproof.

We recommend avoiding prolonged contact with water and not submerging the products in water. This helps maintain the quality and finish of the product.

Are your Jesmonite products sustainable?

We strive to use materials with a lower impact on the environment.

Jesmonite is a water-based composite material based on natural minerals and an acrylic component, with lower emissions than many traditional resin products.

By working with sustainable materials and small production runs, we strive to create products that are both beautiful and consciously produced.

Are your candles made from sustainable wax?

Yes. Our candles are made from a blend of coconut and rapeseed wax. These plant-based waxes ensure a gentle and even burn and contribute to a warm, natural atmosphere in your home.
