Maintenance & Care
Jesmonite is a durable yet delicate material that requires careful maintenance to maintain its best appearance. Avoid prolonged exposure to water, harsh cleaning agents, and direct sunlight to preserve the color and finish. For light cleaning, you can use a soft, slightly damp cloth to gently wipe the surface.
Processing & Delivery
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. During busy periods (such as holidays), the processing time may be slightly longer. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your track-and-trace information.
Disclaimer
Each Jesmonite piece is hand-poured, meaning no two items are ever exactly the same.
The subtle marble textures and small air bubbles that can form during the casting process make every piece unique.
These subtle imperfections give each item its own character and are part of the charm of handmade design.
Please note: colors may vary slightly in person due to individual screen settings. We strive to show accurate photos, but minor color differences are possible.
